- Training philosophy
Every person is unique with respect to goals, state of health, motivation and genetic potential. Therefore, I take all these factors into consideration and design specific fitness programs to give my clients exactly what they are looking for.

- Education
1998 - Wingate Institute for Physical Education and Sport;
12 Years experience in Lifting Weights and Bodybuilding;
5 Years in Kick-Boxing: practice and competitions;
3 Years work experience as a Personal Trainer in Israel;
Assistant of the president NABBA in Israel, helped to organize NABBA competitions in 1998, 1999, 2000 & 2001 years;
Working as a Personal Trainer in USA since 2001.

- Fitness Focus
Strength training, power training, weight loss, nutrition, endurance training and conditioning

- Favorite Exercise
My favorite exercises are biceps curls, bench press, shoulder press, and bent over rows.
